At ThriveWell, we support schools, organisations, and communities to grow cultures where wellbeing can truly take root. We help shift the ways people think and work, from habits of disconnection and control to ways of relating that are more connected, caring, and life-giving.

We offer something different: a compassionate, relational, and deeply integrated approach that recognises the interconnectedness of your people, practices, policies, and place - your whole system. It’s less about adding more to the plate, and more about helping you see, sense, listen, and transform the plate itself.
It is our experience that change efforts around wellbeing often fail despite the well-intended premise they arise from. We believe this failure is due to the nature in which we view, understand, and approach change itself. The problem is that change is often framed as a series of inputs, outputs and outcomes without properly attending to the deeply contextual, relational, living and evolutionary nature of our systems.
Through capacity-building, reflective practice, thoughtful strategy, and systems-informed tools, we help you and your community see and sense your system as a living, dynamic, whole, and help you design an approach that enables wellbeing emerge in a way that is intentional, relational, regenerative, and lasting.

Our work spans leadership, policy, curriculum alignment and development, staff wellbeing, student engagement, parent and carer relationships, pedagogy, and place. By applying a regenerative, systems-based approach, we help your school identify and tend to what matters most, nurturing the growth of people and potential at every level through offerings we co-design with you.

Through systems diagnosis and mapping, tailored employee workshops, and bespoke coaching and mentoring, we help teams uncover root challenges and unlock potential. Sports Sector & Clubs
We partner with sports clubs and organisations to reimagine how we live, play, and lead, on and off the field. Our regenerative, systems-based approach supports the full athlete and staff lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. We help build the relational capacity needed to unlock performance, motivation, and cohesion, whether in team settings or individual sports while supporting long-term wellbeing, resilience, and growth.

Regenerative Leader | Wellbeing Strategist | Systems Change Practitioner.
A wellbeing strategist, educator, regenerative farmer, and systems change leader and practitioner. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with schools, organisations, and communities around the world, from designing whole-school approaches to wellbeing in Australia, to collaborating with policy teams in Singapore & Dubai, to leading wellbeing strategy for elite athletes at the Geelong Cats Football Club.

A wellbeing curriculum developer, educator, and inclusion, diversity, and equity changemaker. Over the years, I’ve facilitated learning and connection across a range of settings, from co-designing inclusive wellbeing offerings in not-for-profit spaces, to creating wellbeing curriculum and leading workshops with parents and children on cultivating Hope together. My work is grounded in systems thinking and compassionate systems change. Compassionate Systems change is an approach that recognises the interdependence of all people and systems, and invites us to lead with awareness, empathy, and shared responsibility.
